Today I'm sharing with you a huge toy declutter and also why kids can benefit from having fewer toys. We needed to clean Annabelle's toy section desperately, but didn't know where to start. We felt bad about throwing away her toys (or donating) because she had so much joy when she received them, but after realizing that the toy clutter was making her feel frustrated and overwhelmed, it was an easy decision. Since we have decluttered her toy space and organized her toys according to the type of toy in special bins, she has played more independently and is an overall happier less fussy child at home!
